Seed Co Malawi is a leading firm specializing in breeding and selling of superior certified seeds of maize hybrid, soya bean, Sugar beans, Rice and vegetables.

The company would like to engage services of a reputable agency to provide market research services. We are therefore inviting companies who possess experience in market research within agriculture sector in Malawi to submit their expression of interest. The following items should be demonstrated and/ or provided.

1. Market research experience in agriculture sector for private companies
2. Understanding/ appreciation and use of various research methodologies
3. Quality control mechanism for various research types
4. Deep understanding of various sampling methodologies
5. Capacity to conduct market research – proficient team, experience of more than 3 years & sound financial standing
6. Compliance with government regulation – tax compliance, registration with relevant bodies, Certificate of incorporation
7. Provide current 3 reference letters – 2 of them not older than a year from reputable firms.
8. Evidence of company physical office domiciled in Malawi
   a. Individual consultants will not be considered.
