Tawanda Ncube has over 15 years of experience in audit, accounting, and advisory services. His impressive background includes working with prestigious firms such as Ernst & Young, Deloitte, and Baker Tilly. Tawanda holds a comprehensive portfolio of qualifications and accolades, including:

Maureen Sentala Macheso

Finance Manager

Maureen, a seasoned professional, joined Seed Co in 2005, elevating the Malawi team with her vast experience and expertise. Renowned for her exceptional organizational skills, confidence, and drive, Maureen holds impressive credentials, including:

Dennis Mdzalimbo

Sales & Marketing Manager

Dennis joined Seed Co in 2014, bringing extensive experience in business development and general management. His passion for strategy formulation and implementation in competitive environments is evident. Dennis holds the following qualifications:

Alice Chiwalo

Vegetable Lead Malawi

Alice Chiwalo has been with Seed Co since 2014, leveraging her extensive business expertise to drive success. She is known for her meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, infectious enthusiasm, and vibrant energy. Alice’s qualifications include:

• Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Malawi (1995)
• Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM-UK) (2002)

Daniel Dandalo

Group Quality Assurance Manager

Dan joined Seed Co Group in 2018, bringing extensive experience in Quality, Safety, and Operations from multinational companies. His analytical skills and results-driven approach have been honed through his career. Dan holds the following qualifications:

Richard Banda

Production Manager

Richard Banda brings over 9 years of extensive seed production expertise to Seed Co Malawi Ltd, where he has been an integral part of the team since October 2016. His journey with the company began as a Seed Production Officer, followed by a role in the Quality Section as a Quality Assurance Officer. In April 2023, he was promoted to Production Manager.

Marlon Chagwamnjira

Operations Executive

Marlon Chagwamnjira (FCCA): Operations Executive, Bachelor of Public Administration, Marlon joined Seed Co Malawi in 2011 as  Chief Accountant from Deloitte, where he last held the position of Audit Manager. In 2012, Marlon was promoted to the post of  Operations Manager, replacing John Lungu who was re-assigned to Quton. Marlon holds a Bachelor of Public Administration degree from the University of Malawi and is a chartered certified accountant and a Fellow member of ACCA (FCCA).
