Description: Pietrarossa F1 has a strong vine, non-trellised, impressive yields, performs well in a wide range of growing conditions including high humidity
Type: Determinate high yielding hybrid tomato suitable for processing and fresh market
Recommended plant population: 25,000 to 30,000 plants per ha
Average fruit weight: 70-100g
Fruit: Very firm, oval fruit, deep internal red colour, high brix (6%), & good fruit uniformity (size & shape).
Days to maturity: 70 to 75 days from transplant
Disease resistance:
Good resistance to bacterial spec.
High resistance: to Anthracnose, Verticillium (Va), Fusarium race 0, 1 (Fol) & Grey leaf spot (Ss).
Intermediate resistance: nematodes (ma, mi, mj)
