The whole world is moving towards healthy living with doctors calling for increased vegetable consumption and this is one of the big agendas for Seed Co Vegetables, to play a huge role in the nutrition agenda.
Shareholders are advised that all the resolutions put to a poll vote at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Seed Co Limited (“the Company”) held on 13 September 2024 were passed without any modification.
