Maxen P Karombo

Maxen Phillip Karombo was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 21 September 2023. He brings extensive expertise in Marketing and Business Administration, with a strong background in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. He is a Chartered Marketer (CIM-UK) with close to 30 years of regional professional experience across diverse markets.

Mr. Karombo holds a Bachelor of Technology (Honours) in Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). In addition to his professional career, he currently serves as Chairman of St Anne’s Hospital, contributing strategic leadership and governance oversight.
