Mr. Morgan Nzwere

Chairman

Mr. Morgan Nzwere is a Chartered Accountant who holds a Masters in Business Leadership from the University of South Africa and has also attended the Strategy Master Academy at the University of Cape Town’s business school. He attended the Advanced Management Program 181 at Harvard Business School in Boston. Morgan has been involved in the seed industry since 1998 when he joined Seed Co Limited as Chief Financial Officer.

He has previously held senior positions in diversified regional corporates involved in mining, banking, agriculture, property development, retail, motor vehicle assembly and distribution. He was appointed Group Chief Executive in January 2010 and also seats as an independent non executive Director on the boards of TSL Limited, FBC Bank and the Initiative for Global Development.

Rasheed Sarumi

Non Executive Director

Rasheed Sarumi is an accomplished entrepreneur. He drove the growth of Saro Agrosciences as the pioneer Managing Director from inception in 1991 till 2010.
He is currently one of the Executive Directors of AgriSeedCo Nigeria and the Managing Director of
Saroafrica International, a group made up of five (5) companies with an interest in Agro input solutions, heavy agro-industry processing, and consumer goods.
Rasheed is a graduate of Agricultural Engineering from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile, Ife, and an alumnus of the Harvard and Lagos Business Schools.

Calvin Fambisayi

Non Executive Director

Calvin Fambisayi heads Seed Co Group business development initiatives and associated transactions. Responsibilities include growing nascent businesses like Seed Co Nigeria, Ghana & Ethiopia, setting up new ventures in francophone West Africa. Calvin holds a BSc. Degree in Agriculture – University of Zimbabwe, an MSc in. Plant Genetics – Birmingham School of Biological Sciences; ACCA diploma in finance, and an MBA in strategic business management from Nottingham Trent University,

Leonard Anyanwu

Leonard Anyanwu graduated top of his class with a degree in Agric Economics and Extension from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt. Temidayo Owoeye

Managing Director

Temidayo Owoeye is a seasoned professional with a strong background in agriculture and business management.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from Ahmadu Bello University and is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School. With over ten years of experience at the management level, he has developed versatile expertise in Nigeria’s agro-input market, including sales, distribution, strategic planning, and execution.

He is known for his results-driven approach and proficiency in business management, and operational management, consistently delivering exceptional outcomes in his professional endeavors.
