Kenias Mafukidze is the next generation of leading voices in the C-suite with a depth of experience as a strategic thinker and savvy financial deal initiator and is currently a Non- Executive Board Member of Seed-Co Zimbabwe.

Kenias is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Alpha Media Holdings, Zimbabwe’s largest independent mainstream newspaper publisher and media house, and a Non-Executive Member of Fidelity Printers and Refiners a Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe subsidiary.

The executive is also the Founder and CEO of KM Advisory Services directing operational performance analysis for financially troubled companies and crafting sustainable turnaround strategies to restore viability.

Previously Kenias worked as the CEO of KM Insurance Company of Zimbabwe directing the organization’s financial activities to fund operations, manage investments and increase efficiencies. 

He is the brains behind Southampton Asset Management Company, an innovative startup through which he cornered a 30% market share within the first 3 years in operation. From 2004 to 2014, Kenias was the Director of KM Financial Solutions, a financial inclusion vehicle focused on negotiating and extending farming input facilities to rural areas using their cattle as collateral. 

Before that, he had a 3-year stint as Head of Finance and Company Secretary for Randalls Holdings Limited,  coordinating all the the organization’s financial planning, budgeting, procurement, and investment activities. 

Kenias obtained his accounting qualification at the Institute of chartered accountants of Zimbabwe focusing on Accounting, Investment, and Audit before a 7-year stint with PriceWaterhouse as a chartered accountant. 

He holds an MBA from the University of Manchester, with a Portfolio in Management & Mergers and Acquisitions. In addition, Kenias also holds an Honours Bachelor of Accounting and Science and a Bachelor of Accounting Science from UNISA.

Constance Mutunhu is the Managing Director of CMA Consulting Services, a tax and business advisory services consultancy firm she started in 2013 after taking early retirement from an executive post at a leading local bank.

Constance sits on several boards and currently chairs the boards of Childline Zimbabwe, Southern Africa Aids Trust, and Almin Industries Limited. 

Her career took off after serving as an attache with the Australian Tax Office in Brisbane for a year. She then joined the former Tax Department where she spent almost 17 years rising through the ranks up to Chief Training Officer of the Investigations Unit. 

Constance then joined Ernst & Young Chartered Accountants Zimbabwe as a Tax Consultant in 1997. She was later promoted to be Partner for Direct Taxation and International Tax Services 10 years before joining MetBank as Executive Director for Human Resources, Administration, and Corporate Finance.

In addition to serving on various key committees, she was reassigned to pioneer a new mortgages department. 

Constance is a registered tax Accountant with a background in business studies including post-graduate diplomas in taxation from Zimbabwe and Australia. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Change Management & Leadership from Leeds University in the U.K. 

Constance is a passionate community organizer and volunteer. She has held several Directorships and was elected with a 2020-2022 mandate as the President of the global volunteer movement Soroptimist International African Federation (SIAF) a Soroptimist International affiliate. 

James Prince Mutizwa

James Mutizwa has been in the legal profession for over 30 years as a Lawyer and Senior Partner at Chihambakwe, Mutizwa, and Partners where he leads the competition, arbitration, and general litigation team.

He is a former Legal Advisor to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Government of Zimbabwe, offering legal services and consular advice to the ministry and diplomats.

Before becoming a Partner at Chihambakwe, Mutizwa & Partners, where he is now a Senior Partner, James was a Professional Assistant.

He is a practitioner in commercial law, labor, arbitration, and competition law and has served as an arbitrator for the International Commercial Court (ICC) in Paris.

James specializes in drafting pleadings for commercial contracts, agreements as well as litigation and maintains an active professional network in Southern Africa, Europe, and North America.

In 2018, he was appointed Chairman of the board of directors of a government-owned telecommunications parastatal and sat on numerous boards across economic sectors including local authorities, listed companies, NGOs, financial firms, professional boards and institutions.

He holds a Bachelor of Law (Honours) and Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Zimbabwe and is a member of the Law Society of Zimbabwe, SADC Lawyers Association, and the International Bar Association.

Dahlia is the current Corporate & Industry Affairs Executive at Tongaat Hulett Zimbabwe. She is the immediate past Chief Executive Officer of the Tobacco Research Board (Kutsaga) having also worked for Kutsaga in various capacities since 1991.  She is a holder of a PhD in Plant Molecular Biology from the University of Cape Town, an MSc degree in Biotechnology from the University of Zimbabwe as well as a BSc Honours degree in Biochemistry from the same University. She has several peer-reviewed and non-peer-reviewed papers and articles to her credit and is a Fellow of the Zimbabwe Academy of Sciences. Dahlia sits on the Boards of several diverse companies and institutions and is the current Chairman of Minerva Re, and Vice-Chairman of the African Agricultural Technologies Foundation (AATF)

Locadia is Seed-Co Zimbabwe’s Commercial Director with over 20 years of experience in various positions within the seed industry.

She is a driven executive with an extensive wheelhouse of marketing and corporate management skills including Business Development, Marketing and Brand strategy, customer relationship management, and account management.

Locadia rose through the ranks from Marketing Manager when she joined Seed Co in 2000 to Key Accounts Manager before her elevation to the Commercial Director’s post.

She has significant experience managing different sales and marketing portfolios in several organizations designing strategies and implementing solutions that boost market share and profits.

Combined with her appreciation of board-level dynamics, Locadia is always seeking inventive solutions to keep a pulse on current customer needs and enhance brand awareness.

She is a University of Zimbabwe MBA graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Management degree from the Institute of Marketing Management (IMM) in South Africa.
