Together, through every season with Seed Co, your climate-smart partner
Across Africa, farming has always been a story of resilience, determination and hope. Current global outlooks indicate an 80-90% probability of El NiƱo conditions during the 2026/27 season. These outlooks are preliminary, with final regional forecasts expected in August through ACCOF, SARCOF and national meteorological services. Farmers are encouraged to prepare early by securing quality seed, preparing land and adopting climate-smart practices. While no one can control the weather, every farmer can prepare for it, and early preparation remains the best investment in a successful harvest.
For more than 85 years, Seed Co has partnered with African farmers through locally adapted genetics, agronomic advisory services, demonstration plots, digital weather advisories and climate-smart production recommendations. Our commitment is to help farmers make informed decisions before, during and after the season so they can farm with confidence.
