Rita is a qualified Chartered Real Estate Surveyor. She graduated with an Honours degree in land economy from the Kwame Nkrumah University of science and technology and acquired her professional certificate from the Ghana Institute of Surveyors. She has worked with Parastatals like A.E.S.L in Ghana and the Department of Lands in Botswana. She currently runs Bayview Properties, a Real Estate and Property Valuation firm in Ghana. She also has an LLB from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and was called to the Ghana Bar after successfully completing the professional course at the Ghana School of law. She is a member of the Ghana Institute of Surveyors (GhIS), The Real Estate Institute of Botswana (REIB) and the Ghana Bar Association (GBA).
