Regional Manager

Mrs. Frederica Siaw is a dynamic bilingual sales and marketing professional, currently serving as the Regional Manager for Seed Co West & Central Africa. In this strategic leadership role, she oversees operations of the business across Ghana and eight (8) Francophone countries in the West and Central African region, driving growth, strategic partnerships, market penetration and operational excellence.

Prior to joining Seed Co, Frederica spent over six years at Access Bank Ghana Plc, where she served as a Relationship Officer within the Corporate Banking Group. During her tenure, she managed a portfolio of high-value clients in the Aviation and Hospitality sectors, delivering tailored financial solutions and fostering long-term profitable partnerships.

Frederica holds a Master of Business Administration (Marketing) from the prestigious University of Ghana Business School (UGBS), and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in French and Psychology from the University of Ghana, Legon. She further deepened her linguistic and cultural fluency through a yearlong academic program at the University of Nantes, France, earning both a university diploma and the DELF B2 certificate in French language proficiency.

With a strong foundation in relationship management, regional market strategy, and cross-cultural communication, Frederica brings a results-driven yet empathetic approach to leadership across diverse corporate sectors.
