World Environmental Health Day Celebrations 2021 for Machakos County were held at Athi River Level 4 Hospital, and Seed Co was one of the main participants.

The Human Resource and Safety, Health and Environment Officer, Beverly Ayuma Ambwere spearheaded the team, which was committed to show the importance of maintaining good health standards.

Seed Co team members were keen to follow COVID-19 protocols to the letter by wearing masks and gloves and sanitising regularly, ensuring that there was no room for the spread of the disease.

Thanks to the marketing team, the message regarding the importance of the World Environmental Health Day was clearly spelt out on reflector jackets that Seed Co gave out to attendees of the function. The event was highlighted by a hearty march on the streets of Athi River and was followed by speeches from different partners that were present as well as the guest of honour from the Ministry of Health.

Eating a healthy and balanced diet is part of ensuring great health. With that in mind, Seed Co took time to walk potential customers through some of its product ranges to potential customers, which were bought in good numbers.
