Ms Lesley Bradley brings over 30 years of leadership experience in banking and financial services across Southern Africa. She currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Agora Microfinance Botswana, and previously held senior roles at Absa Bank Botswana, including Corporate Director and Head of Client Coverage, as well as Head of Business Development and Stakeholder Engagement. Earlier in her career she held various product and coverage roles at Standard Chartered Bank Botswana, including Head of Cash Management and Financial Institutions. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management from the University of Botswana and has completed leadership programmes at Stellenbosch University and Duke University. The Board looks forward to benefiting from her extensive banking, business development and leadership experience.
